CMAC shall have the discretion to admit an applicant to the panel of arbitrators in light of the opinions of the Arbitrators Qualification Review Committee on a case by case basis.We expect applicants with years of engagement in the maritime or other industry, knowledge of law relating to maritime commerce, navigation and maritime matters generally, and other commercial industry ability to draft reasoned awards in maritime and commercial disputes.
