Established in 1993, The Arbitration Center of Lima Chamber of Commerce (CCL) manages more than 6,000 arbitration cases and has nearly 470 national and international arbitrators. CCL is the most important and experienced arbitration institution in Peru and has become one of the most recognized institutions in Latin America. Through friendly consultation, CMAC signed a friendly cooperation agreement with The Arbitration Center of Lima Chamber of Commerce in 2021. The two parties will learn from each other's strengths in arbitration, business development and other aspects for mutual benefit and win-win results, so as to improve the influence of China's maritime arbitration in South American arbitration and maritime circles.
