"CAAL Annual Conference 2022 & the 15th China Arbitration and Justice Forum" was held successfully in Beijing and Shanghai from 11 Nov to 13 Nov. The theme of forum was "Studying and Implementing 20th National Congress of the CPC, Pursuing High-Quality Development of Arbitration of China". The forum was hosted by CAAL, organized by Shanghai University of Political Science and Law (SHUPL), Shanghai Arbitration Commission (SHAC), and supported by CMAC and CCPIT. Dr. KE Liangdong, Vice Chairman of CCPIT attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech.

Dr. LI Hu was invited to moderate the "Parallel Forum G: Deepening Reform of Arbitration Institutions", he remarked that the key issue to be urgently answered by arbitration institutions is how to keep a robust growth of Chinese arbitration and how to integrate it into the development of China under the rule of law by deepening reform.

HUANG Chenliang, Deputy Secretary General of CMAC Zhejiang Pilot Free Trade Zone Arbitration Center was invited to attend "Parallel Forum D: International Shipping Arbitration in the Post-epidemic Era".
