On 28 Oct 2022, "Amendments to Arbitration Law of PRC and Foreign-Related High-Level Seminar" hosted by CAAL and supported by CMAC and CCPIT, was held successfully in Beijing.

Dr. KE Liangdong, Vice Chairman of CCPIT, attended the seminar and delivered a speech. He remarked that CAAL, CCPIT and CMAC should seize the opportunity of amendments to Arbitration Law, and jointly promote the establishment of a foreign-related arbitration legal system that conforms to China's national conditions and is in line with international standards.

The two sessions of the seminar were respectively moderated by WANG Chengjie, Vice Chaiman of CIETAC and Dr. LI Hu, Vice Chaiman of CMAC. Experts and scholars delivered speeches successively and made thought-provoking discussions on the guiding principle and position of the amendments of Arbitration Law and on measures to be taken to promote high-quality development of foreign-related arbitration mechanism.
