With the consent of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and Shanghai Municipal People's government and the approval of Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Justice, CMAC Shanghai Sub-Commission was renamed as CMAC Shanghai Headquarters. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

1. CMAC Shanghai Headquarters is a branch of China Maritime Arbitration Commission, which performs its business functions in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of China Maritime Arbitration Commission.

2. According to the authorization of the China Maritime Arbitration Commission, the circumstances under which CMAC Shanghai Headquarters accepts arbitration applications and manages arbitration cases include:

2.1 The parties agree to submit the dispute to the China Maritime Arbitration Commission, and the applicant chooses to submit the application to CMAC Shanghai Headquarters.

2.2 The parties agree to submit the dispute to CMAC Shanghai Headquarters for arbitration.

2.3 The parties agree to submit the dispute to China Maritime Arbitration Commission for arbitration in Shanghai or to submit the dispute to the place where CMAC Shanghai Headquarters is located for arbitration.

3. If the parties agree to submit the dispute to CMAC Shanghai Sub-Commission and / or Shanghai Maritime Arbitration Institute of the China Maritime Arbitration Commission for arbitration, CMAC Shanghai Headquarters shall accept the application for arbitration and manage the arbitration case.
