On 18 May 2021, Dr.CHEN Bo, Deputy General Secretary of CMAC, was invited to attend the BRI Roundtable on International Commercial Law Service and delivered a keynote speech entitled “The Railway Bills of Lading In The Context of China Railway Express: A Discussion and Analysis in Legal Perspective”. The roundtable, held in Xi’an, Shanxi Province, was co-hosted by the Belt and Road International Lawyers Association(BRILA), Xi’an Municipal Bureau of Justice, Administrative Committee of Xi’an International Trade and Logistics Park and Xi’an Jiaotong University School of Law.
