On 11 June 2021, Dr.CHEN Bo, Deputy General Secretary of CMAC, was invited to attend the Advanced Training Program on Project Cost Overruns and Risk Management in Zhengzhou, Henan Province and delivered a keynote speech entitled “Arbitration As An Advantageous Method Of Construction Disputes Resolution”, addressing the key feature of construction disputes, dispute resolution in the construction industry, benefits of arbitration and CMAC’s advantage on managing construction disputes. The training program was hosted by China Construction Industry Association (CCIA), co-organized by CCIA Legal Service Committee and Construction Times, supported by Beijing Jundu Law Firm, Shanghai Kehui Law Firm and Shanghai Jianwei Law Firm Zhengzhou Office.
