为共同打造“一带一路”沿线地区法律交流与合作机制，进一步改善区域营商环境，经中国海事仲裁委员会与亚洲多元争议解决研究院友好磋商，就签署友好合作协议达成一致，双方于2024年1月30日签署合作协议。

根据协议书，双方将在友好、尊重、互信的基础上，在会议举办、学术交流、专家推荐、项目培训等方面展开深入合作，共同推广多元化纠纷解决服务国际化发展，实现资源共享。

本次合作协议的签署有利于加强双方联结的纽带，促进友好关系及相互合作，为“一带一路”的跨地域、跨机构合作发挥了示范性效应。合作协议可以使双方的努力形成合力，促进国际经贸发展，提高国际多元纠纷解决服务的标准。

To jointly strengthen the Belt and Road legal cooperation and improve world economic and trade environment, the China Maritime Arbitration Commission(CMAC) and the Asian Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution (AIADR), on the basis of mutual interest and understanding, will reach an agreement on the signing of this MOU.

The MOU seeks to support ADR activities and resource sharing aimed at enhancing  new dispute resolution opportunities through organization of conferences, the development of joint research, mutual recommendation of ADR practitioners and the promotion of training program. 

This MOU will strengthen the ties between the two institutions and promote exchange and mutually beneficial relationship, which provides a good example for the cross-regional and cross-institutional cooperation under the BRI. The MOU will also form synergy to improve the standard of practice in international ADR services and contribute to the development of global trade and investment.
